If you take a town that has a population that hates you, they might try to start and uprising, give you bad press, be less productive or give you an active disadvantage when fighting or defending that town l8er on. You have to balance how popular you are with the people and how the rest od the world sees you. You generate maps randomly and quickly and then have a quick battle on it. Its meant to simulate a randomly generated country in a civil war. Its meant to me simple and fast to play compared to some other ones, so you don't need 5h to play it.
